• I have additional questions about a product. How do I contact a product representative?

  There is a form located at the bottom of every product page on our website. This message will be sent to the representative for that specific product. You will find a contact form at the following additional locations: the company profile contact page and through our Interactive Contact Finder located on the home page.

• I have already created a personal account. How do I link my account with a company account?

  Contact us with the name of the company you are requesting to link to, your full name, email address, and affiliation with the company. Once we confirm your relation to the company, your account will be updated and you will receive a confirmation email.

• I am affiliated with one of the companies on your website, and I would like to manage the content for my company and add products. How do I go about doing this?

  It is FREE for you to manage your company content on OrthoConnect, as well as upload products and news articles. Simply register for an account and make sure you check the box "Request to Manage Your Company Content". Enter your company name and click "Register". Once we verify you are indeed affiliated with that company, you will be given immediate access to update your account.

• My company is not currently listed on your website, but I would like to post my products. How do I go about doing this?

  It is FREE for you to manage your company content on OrthoConnect, as well as upload products and news articles. Simply register for an account and make sure you check the box "Request to Manage Your Company Content". Enter your company name and click "Register". Once we verify you are indeed affiliated with that company, your personal account will be linked with the new company account, giving you the ability to add your content to our website.
